Min-Hua Chen; Ph.D.

    Dr. Min-Hua Chen is currently an Assistant Professor of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), Director of Career Service Center in CYCU, and as an Adjunct Assistant Fellow of Engineering and Nanomedicine, National Health Research Institutes.

    He obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Material Science & Engineering from Taipei Tech and completed his Ph.D. in 2015 from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He has undergone international research cooperation with the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) and the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in Japan. He was awarded for being a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellow during 2016-2017 at NIMS.

    In academic research, Dr. Chen is recently researching several fields, such as nanomedicine in controlled release, radiobiology, and bioceramics for dental applications. He is the editor of both journals, J. Biomed. Tech. Res. and Ann. Adv. Biomed. Sci. and has currently acquired the research project and collaborated with the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI).
